Resolução nº16, da Diretoria Colegiada da Agência Nacional de Mineração, publicada no Diário Oficial da União do dia 26 de setembro de 2019, que instituiu e regulamentou o protocolo digital, o módulo de peticionamento eletrônico do SEI (sistema eletrônico de informações), o SEI, além de definir normas, rotinas e procedimentos de instrução do processo eletrônico.
